Mr. K unveils two new dubwise slappers for the latest New World Audio drop, kicking off with a dungeon ready roller that takes the name ‘Run’. This one is a serious system scorcher, driven primarily by its droning sub splashes and eerie, unnerving atmospheric background arrangements, creating a hypnotic dance floor frenzy.
On the flip, we encounter the lethal, warbling LFO’s of ‘ 99’ Dub’ a swampy LFO driven thrillride which couples up grizzly bass synthesizers with classic sounding dancehall sirens and reggae chord structures to land us in a place somewhere between nostalgic bliss and forward thinking dirt. These two tracks are exactly why we hold Mr. K in such high regard, no high end nonsense, just pure bassweight for the dance!
